The Vampire Chronicles to Rise Again
The vampire Lestat will soon be seducing many women and men once again! Anne Rice’s infamous Vampire Chronicles is coming to the small screen and will debut on Hulu.
Interview with the Vampire, the first in the series was originally published in 1976, and almost immediately after studios were vying for movie rights. While the book received mixed reviews from critics, fans were completely enthralled. Almost a decade later, Rice released The Vampire Lestat which sold 75 00 hard-cover copies and gave us a closer look at the charismatic Brat Prince. The “autobiography” told from Lestat’s point of view covers his youth and early exploits as a vampire fledgling.
